About this facility
Endoscopy lets the ENT specialist look directly inside the nose, sinuses, throat and voice box with a thin camera. It takes a few minutes, is done in the consultation room and usually needs only a numbing spray.
The images appear on a screen, so you can see what the doctor sees. Recordings are saved to your file, which makes follow-up visits and comparisons much easier.
Most patients go home straight after, with an explanation of the findings and a clear plan the same day.
